NOXSOV is a technology-driven company founded by Gaurav Verma and Ayush Verma, specializing in digital solutions, development services, and scalable technology infrastructure.

You agree to use NOXSOV's services strictly for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• Misuse or disrupt our services

6. Payments & Pricing

All services are provided based on agreed project scope and pricing.

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion prior to final delivery or deployment

Payments once made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

NOXSOV reserves the right to:

• Pause or delay services in case of non-payment
• Revise pricing in case of scope changes or additional requirements

7. Project Scope & Revisions

Project scope will be defined prior to initiation.

Any additional features, changes, or revisions outside the agreed scope may:

• Require additional time
• Incur additional charges

NOXSOV is not obligated to deliver work beyond the agreed scope without formal approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOXSOV, its founders, and team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use services
• Delays, interruptions, or data loss
• Third-party integrations or dependencies

9. Termination

NOXSOV reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Misuse of services

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may include or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or integrations.

NOXSOV is not responsible for:

• Performance of third-party services
• Data handling by external providers

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
